At Thoodham, every piece is thoughtfully made and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original condition

• With all tags/labels intact

Unboxing Video Requirement

• An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or damage claim.

• The video must be taken from the moment the package is opened, without cuts.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share the unboxing video along with clear images of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are worn, washed, altered, or without tags will not be accepted.

• Custom-made or sale items (if applicable) are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once the returned item passes quality check, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
